curate a story;
invoke curiosity.
Hey, there!
My name is Sierra Sizemore and I am an alumna of the University of Oklahoma. I graduated from the Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. I am a creative who focuses mostly on photography and digital design. I also dabble in web design and programming. Anything creative and cultivated is right up my alley, but I am not limited to this field. I am confident in my abilities to adapt to different environments and quickly learn new skills and feel as though I will make a positive, useful addition to any team!
Born in Tulsa and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, I was brought up with a different understanding of the world than many of my professional counterparts. I didn’t always have the most vulnerable view of the world, but I’ve grown immensely and have become very proud of the passion I exude in my career and my personal life. I am very passionate about social justice issues and love learning about new cultures and perspectives, but I am most passionate about the arts. Visual arts have always fed my soul and they are what drives me to do what I do. I love photography because of the stories you can tell without using words. I want to be a storyteller, but it doesn’t interest me to regurgitate the words of others. Rather, it is my goal to invoke curiosity and emotion through photographs.
